If your business has a low-to-medium volume of transactions and minimal complexity, this is your basic package option:

• Record and classify income and expense transactions
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts with financial reports.
• Monthly or Quarterly plus year-end review meetings
• Communication with your CPA or Tax Professional as needed

If your business has a low-to-medium volume of transactions and minimal complexity, but you need full-charge support:

• All services included in the Essentials Package, PLUS:
• Invoicing clients/customers and management of A/R
• Bill entry, Bill Pay, and A/P management
• Payroll management (if needed)
• Will set up approval structures for financial controls / security.

If your business has a bookkeeper, but you need higher level planning and analysis support:

• Cashflow forecasting/management
• Budget development and variance reporting
• Performance analysis 
• Cost-analysis and optimization
• KPI development and tracking dashboard
• Meetings scheduled according to your preferred frequency, either in-person or virtually
• Communication with your CPA or Tax Professional as needed

This package offers full-charge bookkeeping plus FP&A services 

• All of the services from the bookkeeping Premium package plus the FP&A package.
• Meetings scheduled according to your preferred frequency, either in-person or virtually.
• Communication with your CPA or Tax Professional as needed

If you are not sure that your books are accurate or maybe you just need a check-up to ensure that revenue and expenses have been correctly categorized and reconciled, let us review and clean u!  

• Review of current situation to determine the time required to complete the clean up and provide a scope of work.
• Perform clean up and reconcile all accounts.
• Communication with your CPA or Tax Professional as needed

Accounts Receivable Management Only:

• Create, send and follow up on Accounts Receivable Invoicing

Accounts Payable Management Only:

• Enter and Pay Bills (with structured approvals for financial controls).

Accounts Receivable AND Accounts Payable Management:

• Includes both packages above 

We can customize a package based upon your specific needs.  Do you already have a bookkeeper, but need assistance with reviewing reports, creating a budget, or planning/managing a cash flow forecast?  Perhaps you need fractional services, such as help with invoicing clients or paying bills.  We can discuss how to help bridge these gaps to facilitate more control and insight over your financials.

Pricing depends upon your specific needs.  May be hourly or a fixed amount per month.  

Do you need more structure or systems in place?  Perhaps you have these in place, but your business has evolved or grown and you need to revise.  We can help you develop or update standard operating procedures and systems to fit your needs and help your organization be more efficient, productive, and consistent in the way things are done.

Document notarization as needed.   Provide verification of a document signer's identity and witness the signing of legal documents.

Insured and Certified by the National Notary Association.   Provide assurance that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing on time.
